The Master REFaD-Part Time meets the need of professional training of graduated in technical and economical subjects, who want to improve their skills in real estate investments.
With continous business consolidation, transformations in capital markets and new conflicts between fast-expanding suburbs and traditional urban city centers, real estate developers must be capable of balancing multiple objectives with new methodologies.
The general educational aims, shared both by the national and the international context, are to provide fundamentals and methods in real estate finance and development.
The main goal of the Master is to introduce students to the analytical tools, techniques, and best practices of successful developers, investors, and users of real estate and to strengthen skills for strategic development of real estate investments both public and private. More in deepth, the Master covers the core skills of real estate developers: seeing possibility, understanding design and buildings, evaluating markets, estimating costs, arranging financing, receiving public approvals, according to the requirement of pursuing the economic and financial balance of investments. In the MREFaD-PT courses, theory, techniques and best practices are combined. Students will be also introduced to case studies with team analysis and presentations.
The choice of organizing a part-time course suits, on one hand, the needs of students coming from other universities to undertake the first work experiences contemporarily and, on the other hand, allows to attend the courses to public and private employees and self-employed people with degrees in technical, scientific, economical and legal subjects.
